This notice explains how Gain Strokes handles information on the early access list. Contact: hello@gainstrokes.com.

What we keep and why

We store your email address, selected role, signup time and consent version. We use this information to contact you about early access. If you separately choose to receive our newsletter, we also use your address for training ideas and product news. We do not sell the list.

You decide

Signing up is based on your consent. The newsletter is optional. You can withdraw consent and ask us to delete or correct your information by contacting us. After signing up, you also receive a link to remove your signup. Please save it. Future emails will include an unsubscribe link.

Storage and service providers

The list is stored in Gain Strokes’ database on Cloudflare. No email delivery service is connected yet. We will update this notice before using the list with one. We keep your information while you want to remain on the list and review the need to keep it within twelve months.

Technical information

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Fonts are served by this website. The hosting service may process technical connection information for operation and security. When you sign up, a temporary hash of your IP address is used to limit spam. Expired hashes are cleared during later signup attempts.

Questions and your rights

Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information. You may also raise a complaint about the handling of personal information with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
